Its been great. I have been doing business with this firm for a while now and I just revised my review. Over the years, they have significantly improved their service and I have nothing bad to say about this company now. Keep up the good work!

honestly, your service is fine and Perry who has been doing our filings for couple of years is amazing! However, I do feel that there is very less transparency in your service and the price you quote to clients. Instead of you telling us the breakdown of all relevant charges, we have to inquire with you. This time, we were getting charged almost 4 times what we have been paying for one year filling per person, so we should have been told properly the breakdown instead of giving us the total amount and expecting us to pay without knowing why we were paying 4 times the regular fees! When inquired snoopy the increase we didn’t receive proper clarification. This was very disappointing and we were not even acknowledged when we told that we can’t afford the massive service fee you were charging!

Dear Sir/Madam,I sought your assistance with a T1 adjustment while I was in my home country. Unfortunately, despite charging me $700 you failed to resolve the tax issue I was facing.Upon returning to Canada after six months, I contacted the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to inquire about the progress of my file. To my dismay, CRA informed me that they had not received any forms or documentation from National Accounting pertaining to my case. Consequently, I was compelled to handle the matter myself by engaging in numerous phone calls and correspondence with the CRA, submitting letters and requests independently. This means the money I paid to National Accounting was a complete waste.In a recent communication with one of National Accounting's staff members, I was informed that he had monitored changes on my file. However, instead of taking responsibility for their own shortcomings and passive attitude, he blamed me for not informing him about the changes I have done with CRA. His dismissive statement of you can just continue calling CRA by yourself see what they say" was both unprofessional and unacceptable.I expected competent assistance with my tax matters

Fast and professional Tax return service. My wife and I used their service since 2011. We had a small business before and they were able to provide professional advice to aid our business needs. Even after our business closed, our family taxes are handled by them. Many years had past, we trust this company's professionalism and definitely recommend them.

I have been a loyal client with this firm for almost 10 years since i was a student. They always provide good services and care about their clients. Once you have made an appointment they will send you msg (they sent email in the past) to remind and confirm with you which i find is really helpful. As the firm keeps growing they become very busy. Sometimes the waiting time could be longer than your appointed time, however, it is definitely worth for the waiting. Wanna to mention that Angela is an excellent accountant. She is not only professional but also cares about and highly responsible to her clients. Even we only met once every year, every time we met she was patient and willing to spend time with you. She is trustful and really helpful in terms of listening to your needs and providing you with valuable advices. I have been keeping referring my friends and people who need accounting service to this firm and to Angela, as i hope they could have the same good experience.

Tax return once a year with Perry is the best 20 minutes. Not only I get my taxes transferred to me within a week directly but a fun conversation is always guaranteed

Very passive service and High price. They usually make you wait at least ~1 hour even with an appointment. Filing delay can be quite long if your tax is a bit complicated.
