Ben knows how to stick with it and provide positive yet constructive feedback during a difficult selling period. He was able to clearly lay out the options available and provide his opinion while keeping the end decision firmly in my hands. Always available to bounce an idea off, and happy to suggest and run open house after open house. He even shoveled my driveway! Generally when I came to him with an idea to help the listing sell, he had already implemented it. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of property buying and selling and the various intricacies that go into it.

It was chance that we met Sarah Fothergill at an Open House - and we are glad we did! We didn't have an agent and having someone local that knew the area was very important to us. We needed to find a home in a relatively timely fashion and she was always available for showings, to answer our questions or offer advice. She's a very busy person, but she always made us feel like we were her main priority! We have a family, as does she, so it was great that she shared similar values and perspectives when it came to what we were looking for in a home - she just gets it! Since we live out of town, whenever I would send her a house we were interested in, the majority of the time she was able to provide local insight that helped us decide if the home was worth us seeing. A standout moment was when she offered to go to an open house and do a virtual tour for us so we didn't have to drive down that day. She then offered to take us through the house at our convenience in person. This seems like such a small thing, but we've certainly had real estate agents who have put less time and effort into our home-buying journey.
