Had a good experience dealing with George Maziotis. He went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle delivered even before the promised deadline and has always been responsive and welcoming. The onboarding/handover person at the time of the delivery could do a far better job if she wished to though. Overall a decent experience with VW des Sources that I can recommend.

What a disappointment this morning with this dealership. Never had a problem until today and I can actually say that I am offended. I was waiting for a part and was called a week ago for an appointment and during the call, I was asked if I would need a courtesy drive and I said yes. When I arrived to the dealership, there was a man ahead of me with his ID4 who was standing waiting for a courtesy ride. I joined waiting for the driver. The driver was asking the ID 4 customer where he was going. He was actually going to an area that is on the way to my destination. The driver then said that he had to speak to his manager. When he returned, he told the id 4 driver to see one of the service agents as he will be getting a courtesy car as his destination was too far. Then the driver turned to me and asked me where I was going. When I told him, he said that it was too far and that he needed to consult with his manager. When he returned, he told me that the best he can do is drop me off at cote vertu metro as NDG is too far. I was frustrated as I would have arranged myself on my own if I would have known that distance is limited with a courtesy ride. The person that booked my appointment and asked me if I needed a courtesy ride, SHOULD have told me that they do not drive out of the West Island.I was told that they looked at my address but should they assume that people living in the West Island also work there too? To add insult to injury, when I expressed that they should have accommodated the guy with the id4 with a car privately and not in front of me, I was told that it’s a case by case situation and he is driving an id4.Ok. So my 2023 GTI is not at the value of an id4 and therefore warrants me being dropped off at the metro. Disgusting and insulting. This was not handled well at all. Why offer this service to then inform your clients last minute that you cannot follow through? Misleading and inconsiderate to their customers. Will think twice before I return to service my car here. I also acquired my lease from this dealership and have been a customer for over 10 years. This is not how you treat your returning customers. I am very disappointed and actually offended. Can’t get good service anymore. I would have been satisfied with “I understand, you are right. How can we make it better?” Instead I got, “ it’s frustrating and I’ll make a note. The people that book the appointments and offer the courtesy rides are at a separate location.” Instead of passing the buck, take more responsibility.

I purchased my new car from VW Des Sources, dealt with Amber Sharp who was so lovely, kind, patient.I was definitely a bit hard to deal with with my thousands of questions and looking at every car being very picky haha. Amber was incredibly patient with me, answered all my questions clearly, gave me quotes on various different cars. She really took her time to work with me. Couldn't have asked for a better experience :)Thank you Amber!!! So happy with my new car hehehe

He was very honest and transparent through all the deal details.He offered me many options very patiently to help me choose the most convenient within my budget. He did not try to sell me anything i did not need, in fact he did his best to safe me money.He was so keen to answer all my questionsthat he stayed after his working hours to make sure i have all the information needed.I strongly recommend VW Des Sources and specifically Elliot , I assure you that what you see is what you get.Thank you Elliot a lot , hope this review can reaches you.

I never write reviews. But Alex was incredible to deal with. I am in Ottawa and I was inquiring about a vehicle and Alex was super responsive, friendly, attentive to all my requests for photos, measurements etc. Highly recommend asking for Alex!

Just wanted to say I just got my 2022 Taos yesterday and I can't say enough about JP and Darnell. JP you were amazing right from the moment I walked into the place you were always very helpful and when you took me for a test drive my sister and I won't forget how you made us feel like we knew you for years and explained everything to know about the SUV.Anyone looking to buy a VW I highly recommend you go see JP.Thank you once again for everything.

I booked an appointment at VW Des Sources with Elena Secara last Saturday to buy back my car. When I got there everything was ready and it only took 5 minutes to finalize everything! Elena had prepared everything in advance. Whenever I called she answered the phone without delay! It was probably the best customer experience I’ve had with VW. My main dealer was VW St-Laurent but I prefer dealing with Elena for her excellent customer service. Thank you Elena

Would recommend this place for servicing and maintenance, Andrei was helpful, very nice and patient. My car lost tire pressure (and shacked a lot on highway) at the beginning of a long (600KM) trip and was towed to this dealer, he helped me arrange the checking and alignment and some other calibration. Price is fair, very efficient (not like other dealers I’ve seen in Ontario). I’ll maybe come here to do my next maintenance
