I moved into 111 Davisville this year.I raised a couple of service requests on the rpms portal for entry keys, bathroom vent, and heating valve. I requested the status on multiple instances regarding my service requests and having received no reply I decided to visit the leasing office today.Dixitaben Patel told me that there is no one I can talk to this week and I couldn't get another key because I was the only party as a leaseholder. I was told that I would be given two door keys and swabs after I move in so I clearly don't have a clue as to what is happening now. She even questions me Why do you need two keys when you are living on your own?". I told her on the portal that I am expecting my spouse to join me. I even added her as an occupant during the lease signing. Further to my plight

I have been in this building for three years and still haven't seen the swimming pool. It seems like it has been under renovation forever! The parking fees are also exorbitant compared to other buildings in this area, and the lot lacks an automatic door. Whenever you have grocery bags, you are forced to place them on the dirty floor and open the door yourself. Furthermore, there isn't even a ramp available to facilitate the use of a shopping cart and transporting it out of the parking area, as the steps make it impossible to do so. Also, the elevators always need to be cleaned.I have complained to the management office multiple times about these issues, but they have yet to respond. The only reason I am still in this building is that I rented it during COVID when the rent was low everywhere, and it is challenging for me to move. However, I will do so as soon as possible. I do not recommend this building, especially the RPMS!

My experience living here (141) has been excellent for almost three years. Nina is my favorite here, she's the manager and she works extremely hard whenever I have a problem, as well as the rest of the team, especially Armando and Suny, who are always friendly and helpful. Thank you Nina and team for always being available to help me. It's a great building and the people are great!

if you want to preserve your mental health please do not move into this building. Never in my life have I experienced such frustration and felt so much disrespect in this building. 111 davisville is an old, expensive building and has a roach infestation that these people have not been able to deal with. I have been living there for a year and a half and the experience has been more than horrible, they have fumigated my apartment 4 times and that has not helped at all. Every day we have to kill 15 or more cockroaches and the manager (Dixita Patel) has never been able to write an email giving a solution, on the contrary, my emails have been ignored, and her tone is super disrespectful. I have said thousands of times that these treatments do not work, I asked to be moved from the unit and that was not possible either, I asked that my contract be terminated without taking into account the 60 days in advance and that was not possible either because of course they are more interested the money that people's health.If anyone is thinking of moving into this building please don't. I am looking for all the legal ways so that apartment 2212 is not occupied by anyone and that no one goes through this horrible year and a half that I spend in this building.

Worst management ever. They only have 2 great gals working for them and if you look all the good comments are only about those 2 people, not the place. Do not waste your money on this place, you will be so disappointed. or you end up taking action against them legally. Just saying, much better places in the city. The pictures are the way the unit was rented to me. Ready to move in !!! Took them a month and more than 100 emails back and forth to do most the stuff and still if you come to my unit you will think I have been living here for more than 10 years, broken tiles, broken kitchen counter and more. Most parts are still the same on the yellows parts on the walls. Lets don't forget about cockroaches when I moved in, was welcomed with cockroaches. you still are thinking about moving here! Think twice! I had to pay extra to stay at the hotel when they redo the floor and the walls which cost me a lot of money, I had to sleep in a place with the smell of color and oil and chemical for a month because I didn't have extra money to pay for the place and the hotel and they told me sorry no money back because eventho it is our mistake but you signed a lease! Well best of luck but think twice.

It is important for me to menction that under the new administration of Dixita Patel for 111 Davisville Ave brand, all the windows of my suite where change for new ones. I am very happy about it. Also, at least other 4 suites enjoy the same update in this floor. Finally, it is positive that residents are enyoing better common areas cleaning services. Many thanks.

I live in one of the units in 111davisville.As you can see there are many bedbugs coming from shared wall from other unit(they made some whole between 2 units)When i reported this bulding manager alreasy knew that this hapend to other unit 1 months ago and she did nothing about it. They schduled something called treatment for 5 days after my report. At the end i had to throw 3k worth of furniture out and god knows how.many clotch cause they were everywhere on cieiling.Then when I asked them to let me leave they did not cooprate with me and i had to pay for hotle and another aprtmant and still pay for their unit as well. So if you are looking for trouble thisis your company they dont care about you at all.

Good location and pretty much that's all. After 2.5 years I am quite disappointed on several matters. 1) I was promised new windows when I moved in and I am still waiting. They don't even bother on replying complains or tickets on this. 2) people steal your parcels and they don't do anything! I the last six month I have lost three parcels (last one last week) There is a freaking camera right in front of my doors and superintendent just say there is nothing they can do. 3) swimming pool is always in renovation 4) Laundry room is always dirty. 5) there tenants that have several units for short term rentals, which does not help with the safety on the building. Please don't tell me to contact the management once again. I am not saying anything new here

Update May 2023: After 10months of writing me below review, the swimming is still not open and the rent has also not reduced because of lack of amenities promised before moving in. We were told that the pool, rooftop and sauna would finally be open by May 2023, and aftee having a quick chat with the management, the new date is June/July 2023. Another false promise.*****************Their pictures of the building when I planned my move had images of amenities like Swimming pool and a rooftop but its been 1 yr since I have lived in this apartment, Covid restrictions have come and gone but their amenities NEVER opened up for us. They don't even give you a concrete answer for when the amenities will resume. On top of that, there are cockroach issues, which they handled timely by bringing in a pest control person, but the cockroaches keep coming back.
