Sent wrong item. Plain and simple.I have already ordered the product from another source .I ordered this from Amazon.ca. The item was supposed to be originally shipped from dobeck but then got passed on to great white motosports then somehow it eventually was sold from you guys in Ontario even though the tracking says the product started out in brossard Quebec. Very strange since your in Ontario. The label says the origin was Quebec and says nothing about you being the seller. The box on the other hand says you are the original seller very strange how all three company's dobeck, great white motosports, and you get inter mingled. I thought maybe you were a ups hub but turns out it's just down the street 700m from you. Why are you getting packages and repacking them in mid shipment and re sending them? Either way wrong product was sent and hopes were smashed for this weekend .

Chris is the the Chet, he knows his Chet, and he's fun to talk to make things easier when buying parts. These guys are the Carb kings, and they're prices are probably better than anywhere else. Don't take my word for it, check it out yourself. They do major online e-commerce, that alone says enough.

Terrible service. They are selling batteries without Acid on Amazon. even if their descriptions says Acid Included Yes". When asking them to return they refused except if you take out the negative feedback against them! Terrible customer service! How can they do that^"
