Duncan's Cove Nature Reserve
Parked on Duncan's cove road. There's a private road everyone walks down there. You'll be at the ocean quickly. Unique coastal views. Mostly an out and back hike but you can make some loops on the higher ground.

Great ocean views! A bit muddy but that's expected during the winter months. Watch out gorgeous lack of signage

An absolutely beautiful and amazing part of Nova Scotia. Not a trail or park, but a nature reserve and should be treated as such. Beautiful amounts of wildlife and views. Very rocky, and a tough place to hike through but for sure worth it! Can't wait to come back

Duncan's Cove Nature Reserve
A beautiful hike along the Nova Scotia coast. The trail head is out of the way and can be tricky to find. It is also an ungroomed trail, located on nature reserve, so be aware the flora and fauna are at risk in this area.

Duncan's Cove Nature Reserve
This place is a must see! I had an amazing experience! The view was exceptional and I was lucky to see several seals sunbathing and swimming. It was also a windy day and the were some pretty good waves were coming ashore. They were hitting the rocks and made some pretty good splashes for some good pics.

Duncan's Cove Nature Reserve
Nature reserve. Lots of long trails, with beautiful ocean views. These trails are not groomed, and can be fairly rough. Right in our own backyard!

Duncan's Cove Nature Reserve
This is definitely my favourite ocean hike near the city. Make sure you look out onto the rocks as soon as you make your way down to the coast. There's almost always some seals hanging out there.

Duncan's Cove Nature Reserve
A great hike, about 1 hour each way. Not too challenging, but far better than a stroll in the park! Panoramic views, and natural coastal beauty!
