Our entire experience with Lloyd at Owl Home Inspections was exceptional. If there were bonus stars we would add them in! Lloyd was timely, professional and he walked us through every detail during the inspection. We appreciated that he used layman's terms during the inspection so we knew exactly what he meant. When doing the walk-through he was very friendly with a great sense of humour. It was easy to communicate with Lloyd and his reporting gave us the clarity we were looking for. It was extremely detailed and outlined all the steps we would need to take; we will be using his report as a guiding document moving forward. This is the first time buying a home or using a home inspector. Lloyd was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The took time to point stuff out and explain reasoning, as well as solutions.
