We met Laurie and Shapoor through a friend and we haven’t looked back. They were very patient while we considered our options. We decided it was time to downsize in the winter of 2020, from our home of 36 years, just as the pandemic was beginning. We delayed until January 2021, when they suggested it was time to list as our area had become very desirable with almost no inventory. We took their advice and sold within weeks after much interest and offers waiting for the opportunity to present their offer. Laurie and Shapoor worked tirelessly as a team, keeping us informed at every step along the way, while dealing with a whole new set of procedures to keep everyone safe from the virus. I would recommend them without hesitation. They are both open, friendly, capable and professional.
