Stay away.Lots of time wasted with a conditional offer and calls not returned from Mike.Eventually, I had to extend my conditions and go to a proper mortgage broker.

Helpful at first, then could not get a hold of him at all. Finally called from a different number and he proceeded to be condecending and rude making it seem like it was our fault.

Mike is good guy, sometimes hard to get a hold when your waiting for a response. My emotions are mixed on this one, I wasted a lot of time and I found out the lender wanted to give me 50% evaluation on my house and the whole deal wasn't worth it. I better of keeping it with TD. I'd recommend Mike but make sure you understand the deal the clearly before signing. I miss understood my deal and wasted my time. 1 star for his lender. I wasn't to happy with Boban Fianancial, they want zero risk and all gain.
