I know flags and love flying different flags, where I live, throughout the year. This company has durable well-made flags. Because they are located in Toronto, pick-up is easy. I returned one flag because I discovered it was too small and the return was simple with the credit issued promptly. Ordering and paying on-line were easy. Clarissa, at the office, was very gracious, knowledgeable and helpful and addressed the pick-ups and return in person, while following pandemic public health protocols, very effectively. The selection of flags is basic. Hopefully, over time, if economically feasible, it will expand.

I bought a 36”x 72” Canadian Red Ensign and received it a few days ago. The flag measured 36”x 67” instead. I mentioned this problem to Canadiana Flags who immediately posted a correct size of the same flag the same day, no charge, and allowed me to keep the shorter one. They didn’t require proof. This type of service is increasingly difficult to find. Everyone makes mistakes, but they went beyond. They have a client for life. Thank you for your incredible generosity.

My experience with Canadiana Flag was great - the flag pole arrived a couple of weeks after I had ordered it and just before that our new flag had arrived. These guys were so hospitable today on Monday June 21st. I was running late from work and came in at 5:30 to pick up an Italian car window flag. They were so nice and easy to talk too! Flag feels durable and is pinned perfectly on the bottom to stay in place. Thanks again guys

Found Flying Colours International during a website search for a new Canadian flag. What actually caught my eye was this company was Canadian and even better was in Toronto Ontario.I ordered my flag with the assistance of Clarissa. In less than a week I had received the new flag which I immediately raised.I found the flag (Canada Tuff Fly Flag) to be well made and really liked the material (polyester fabric) and reasonably priced.Hope to have this flag for a long time.
