Neels are the best. They always do a great job in a timely and friendly manner and at very fair pricing. Their service techs are very knowledgeable with modern HVAC systems for both repair and install,.We have had great results with Neels.

We were advised we needed a new furnace. Although it was only 5 years old. We contacted Neels Heating for a second opinion. They were prompt professional, and identified the issue, which was quickly rectified. If you are looking for a reputable and ethical company Neels Heating & Cooling it that company!

We had Neels install a new furnace a year ago and a month in it was leaking gas. They came replaced the gas valve but did not have the proper equipment to test where the leak was coming from as they said it was too hard calibrate. A year later, our furnace is leaking gas again and they are closed for Christmas holidays and we are being forced to use another company to come and help us. I would not recommend Neels to anyone.

When the time came to build our home we met with a few contractors, but Steve was the one that kept replying to my strange and often outlandish questions. He was patient, walked me through each step while reassuring me every concern I had they had years of experience to draw from. Yes they had the most modern software in the industry, they also had the experience to overcome onsite obstacles without slowing progress. Now normally you don’t see HVAC crew until the walls are even up, but I asked Steve to meet me on site just after they laid the floor. Not once did he make a joke or say anything about how early he was on-site. He knew my concerns were real and he wanted to make sure I felt comfortable. (He needed up coming 5 more times after that ) Fast forward to a year after we moved in, our home has zero, hot or cold spots. (Door jams and windows are common) We were having a generator installed and while tested there was power surge, blowing a transformer on the furnace, the boiler, the hot water on demand, I could go on, half the house was down. But we needed heat, it was cold and 9:30pm. I Called Steve and he had a few extra transformers, we ran out and with those saved the day. Steve and his team Kassie and Mike (amongst others) make up what Chilliwack is known for, neighbourly values. We’ve told dozens of people about them and even today when I needed a service call, I got the same attention and care we got from day one. This is coming up 3 years and we still feel like their #1 and only client. Don’t hesitate, they are one of the best we have in BC right here in Chilliwack. Very good quick service for my new Air conditioner installation.Employees were friendly, polite and helpful.

We had Neels Heating install a furnace and air conditioner in our home, based on a referral. The installers showed up on time. The installation went very well and we are pleased with the workmanship. Everything was cleaned up when they left. All the office staff and management were very helpful in answering all our questions and providing the information for our rebates. We would recommend Neels Heating.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. We have had them out at different times during renovations to add an air conditioner, add trenched gas lines, etc.It all started years ago with a furnace repair on Boxing Day and was impressed with their service and response time.We will keep calling them back when needed!

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Very responsive and professional service. They installed a new energy efficient heating/cooling system for us in Lindell Beach and they were reasonably priced and awesome to deal with.
