Excellent location for all your party needs. Not just for Halloween costumes!The staff at the Saint John location have always been helpful and friendly. I found everything I needed, and they gave me ideas for more. The balloons that I ordered were ready for pickup done exactly to order and on time. They have great options for smaller parties as well as large-scale events. Buffet service components and all! I highly recommend it for all your entertaining adventures!!

I'll be honest this is usually not the type of store I would have much use for. But now, with 3 kids, I have found a big use for it. I am a huge fan of Canadian Tire and I like that they own the Party City chain now. I like how you can collect CT points there. This store was clean and organized. The staff where all friendly and helpful.

I had purchased a number of balloons yesterday that did not last until today. They were meant for my 6 year old son's birthday today. Thankfully the store was very accommodating and offered to replace my deflated balloons with new fresh ones. Although the need to make two trips there wasn't ideal, I do appreciate the responsiveness and help. My 6 year old loves his balloons.

We ran into a couple of issues with the balloons that are $12.99 busting on us before making it to the event. Both times they were understanding and refunded me no questions asked. One time I had even waited a week to go in and talk to them about due to my schedule and inability to make it there as we live outside the city where I bought it. Very impressed with their customer service.

Great store. Usually can find what you need but party supplies for cartoons and whatnot are always usually low stock.. and way to pricey when alot of the same things are at the dollarstore
