Canadian Linen & Uniform Service

Working with Canadian Linen for the last 3 years has been great. We switched for the price and flexibility but it's the service that keeps everyone happy. Our delivery driver is always checking in to see if any of our workers need anything or if we require any changes. Adding or removing personnel is a simple email or phone call away. My favourite service is the First Aid boxes with simple kits for any kind of injury, but I may be impartial here since I am the health and safety guy. I would highly recommend Canadian Linen and their great team.

We dealt with Canadian Linen for a few period before COVID hit. Before the pandemic we operated a fast paced restaurant and Canadian Line's service was always reliable and flexible on a whim.They're staff in Windsor always treated us with respect and professionalism. Even when the pandemic changed everything, this company and their service manager, Marco, did everything in their power to aid us when times were tough.These last few years have been tough on many, but businesses like this truly make a difference.I recommend Canadian Linen and when the next opportunity presents itself, I'll be contacting them again.Thanks team!

The worst service from any company I’ve ever dealt with. You pay for service you don’t get and their stoner drivers could care less.

We recently changed service providers. As the uniform cost from Canadian Linen was too high, we chose to go with a much lower priced competitor.All of our old uniforms were returned to Canadian Linen in the week of April 6th and we thought nothing more of it, believing in good faith that our account would be credited. This did not happen. In late May 2018 we received a final notice from Canadian Linen requesting payment for the uniforms which were returned almost two months earlier. We were urged in this notice to reach out to Anna Inocencio in the credit department to resolve this issue. An email was sent to Ms. Inocencio on June 15th and received no response.To make matters worse, I had previously reached out to the Windsor location on two occasions in an attempt to resolve this issue. On May 29th I called in and spoke to Judy at reception who then put me through to Virginia in the service department. Neither believed they were able to assist me and I was then put through to Ryan’s voice mail where I left a message requesting a call back to resolve this. My call was never returned by Ryan. On June 4th I called the Windsor location again and spoke to Judy who put me through to Bonnie’s voice mail. Again, I left a message requesting a call back and again my call was never returned. I had also sent an email to Canadian Linen on June 9th through their customer contact portal and received an automated response assuring me their team would be in contact soon. I never received a reply.Clearly an oversight at the Windsor location has led to this issue. I am absolutely livid at the poor treatment Windsor Honda has suffered in this matter. I suggest the staff at Canadian Linen make an honest effort to locate the uniforms we returned to them in April in an attempt to rectify this abysmal customer service.I can only assume by what has transpired that Canadian Linen has no interest in customer service or in treating their customers in a fair and honest manner. They are only interested in fleecing their customers for every last dollar at any cost.I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

Canadian Linen has provided our business with gown service throughout the pandemic. The service has been a huge cost savings for us over disposable gowns and challenges are always worked through to meet our needs.

I was just cut off by one of your trucks in Tecumseh so bad I had to slam my brakes to avoid a crash. The driver was oblivious wearing headphones and didn’t even turn his head as multiple cars were honking at him. Wake up!

Canadian Linen has been a great supplier for our greenhouse. They are very reliable, supply a good product and are always available to answer our questions in a timely manner!
