Great experience buying from these guys. I was uncertain about whether a part would work for the rig I was building and the store was closed to in store shopping because of COVID. Eric took the time to help me choose the right pieces and even called me when he thought I ordered the wrong component. Outstanding customer service and good prices. I highly recommend.

I've rent from these guys many times, always been a pleasant experience! Their 101 gear van is amazing for the price. Owner and everyone works here are very nice and thorough with our rental requests no matter big or small. I heard they might be getting some cameras as well so I'm really looking forward to that. Highly recommend for local filmmakers balling on a budget!

Purchased a set of lights from them, and the customer service was excellent. They responded to my questions immediately online, and had the items available for pickup minutes after I ordered. Prices were fair, and the staff were friendly.Seem to have lots of equipment in their shop, so will certainly consider renting here as well in the future.

I really wanted to support a company like Filmgear Canada that carries great products from Smallrig, Tilta and other products that we cannot find any where else locally.I have tried to purchase many products from them until an incident that happened in Aug of 2021.After I bought a RocknRoller R12, the front brakes did not work. I went back to the store to have it looked at after 5 days of purchase and possibly have it exchanged.The employee was doing his best to have it exchanged, but the owner, who the employee had to inform him about every exchange, refused to exchange the item. He stated that it is not the store's fault and I have to contact the manufacture directly. Again, this is within the 30 days after the initial purchase.After speaking with the employee, who is now no longer with the company, mentioned that the owner did not like giving refunds or exchanges on every faulty product they sell.I'd just like to inform the community with my experience since a lot of us are working professionals and need reliable companies to buy our gear.

I have recommended this shop to at least 4 people in the last 2 months.Great service and you find what you want! The only problem is I stay longer, chat, and buy more kit!!!
