Audree Dufresne Athletic Therapist

I am a triathlete and as such I have a tendency to overtrain and suffer from chronic injuries.Audree has not only kept me in racing form but she has helped me with my balance and stabilizers, both of which were sorely neglected for decades despite seeing different athletic therapists. Not only does Audree fix the problem she is huge on preventative measures.Because of her amazing insight and talent I have had an amazing season and remain injury free. Two things that don't necessarily go hand in hand with someone my age. Thank you Audree!!!

I have seen many athletic therapists and physiotherapists and have struggled for quite some time with shin splints, causing me to stop running entirely for weeks at a time. Audree was the one therapist who took the time to really look into my issue and diagnose it. Even though I told her that the issue was shin splints she still assessed my legs in a detailed manner in an effort to see if there is anything else that I could work on that could be impacting the shin splints as well. She gave me exercises that I was never previously given at other practices which has allowed me to run without being injured again. Even today I am still doing the exercises and running and have not had any issues since. Highly recommend.
