Richmond Square - Hazelview Properties

Worst service. Not giving proper responses. They don't have proper knowledge about basic questions. Changing their answers within 15 minutes. Wish I could give 0 stars. They are not even free for us. Everytime we visit there, they just says that we are on our break or in a meeting, come back tomorrow. And if we mail them they are not even responding to the mail.

I am staying here since 2020 and I really like my apartment and have enjoyed staying here. The building management and administration team are very friendly and helpful. I enjoy all the amenities like gym, badminton court, basket ball court etc., Whenever I have had any issues or problems with amenities, I have created a ticket on the Hazelview website and the issue has been addressed immediately. I am very grateful for this prompt and efficient service.I have referred more than 4 families to this property, and all of them have enjoyed their stay here as well. It is a testament to the high-quality service that Hazelview provides to its residents. Only think what I miss here is for kids play ground or else all is awesome.I understand that finding a unit these days is not easy, and there is often a waiting period of at least 1.5 months. However, the wait is definitely worth it, and I can vouch for the fact that this is a great place to live.

We've enjoyed living here for more than 5 years because the location is super convenient and the service has been excellent. The Building Management and administration team have always been friendly and helpful. Whenever we had a problem, they fixed it quickly. Recently, we had a maintenance request, and they took care of it right away, just like they always do. Julie Vieira, the regional manager, went out of her way to help and made sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. We really appreciate Julie's support. Living here has been great because the service is top-notch, and they really take good care of us.

I have lived in one of the buildings for a couple months now, and I have enjoyed it a lot! The staff is great and always does everything they can to accommodate me!

I am reading all negative reviews here and I am not even sure that we are living in the same building and dealing with the same management. May be we just lucky but from the very beginning we got all the help from the management and they were always very responsive. I am not sure that I should call names here but I really appreciate all the help we got from the management. The problems happen of course but the management always find the way to resolve it to our satisfaction.

Nice place to live in Waterloo. Location is really good for UofWaterloo affiliated students/employees. Rent is about 1200 CAD for 1 BHK (prices during June 2018). Most of the apartments are unfurnished although some furnished apartments are also available. Situated next to King Street, thus lot of options available for dining out. Good connectivity to Walmart (@ bridgeport) Fresco (bus 7, takes around 25 min).

The building is kept in the best condition possible, it reflects good maintenance and cleaning practices. The management team is always willing to help in a timely and kindly manner. It has great amenities, by the way!!

I really liked the apartments as well as the underground parking which is a big plus in the months of winter. Also, the building management is very helpful and friendly and are really supportive in any of our endeavours be it, moving or getting a parking spot or anything else related. I would like to recommend a management advisor who really helped me out in getting a parking spot and walked me through the whole process and helped me easily understand it and who goes by Kimberley Lalumiere. Thank you once again. I would recommend this properties for anyone looking for a nice, affordable apartment in the heart of Waterloo with various amenities including underground parking, gym, study rooms, etc.

This is such an amazing, comfy and CLEAN property. Very well managed and the maintenance is also super quick.A quite property, pet friendly and lots of families live here.All the amenities are just a huge plus.The manager, LaShaina and the regional manager, Shevon, both are super helpful.We love it here..

Our experience with Hazelview Properties has been really positive. We have rented a 2 bedroom at 300 Regina during COVID and will be renting a bachelor in 137 University Waterloo. The units are large and well maintained, and the grounds and facilities are well cared for. A son also rents in a Hazelview property in Toronto and is really happy. I recommend Hazelview to anyone looking for a rental property.
