My family recently moved to Scarborough & was looking for a currency exchange location. Im so glad we came across Continental Currency Exchange at STC. This branch deserve more than 5 stars. The customer service provided by Zeus was outstanding. He answered all our questions & concerns. Infact he went above and beyond to make sure my elder grandma was comfortable at the branch by providing a chair, while he helped me at the counter. He was very charming.The rates I got was way better compare to the competitive banks at Stc . This place was super neat & clean. The big highlight from my visit was the extremely amazing customer service by Zeus & the rates. I will always recommend my family & friends to visit this branch. My family & I will definitely come back to this location for all our future currency exchange.

Pretty sure every Review that mentions the name Zeus and Sheila is fake. They just don't sound like authentic reviews

We went to this branch yesterday, and we had a great experience with Shahla who provided us with an excellent customer service. She was very kind and friendly, and she gave us an amazing exchange rate (USD/CAD) !Thank you Shahla, and Thank you, Continental!!

The group of ladies working here today need some customer service training. I’m giving a 3 because of the company rates and because the gentlemen that usually help me are very nice and helpful.The ladies…especially the eldest- rude.Thank you.

First time using their services and I couldn't be happier.During my visit, Zeus had to deal with impatient customer and did so with the utmost professional and courteous demeanor, all while resolving the customer's grievance.He was attentive to all my questions during the process, helped me get the best rate possible, and even offered to recount the purchased notes after I lost track counting along with him (there were a lot of different denominations.)I can definetly say I have peace of mind knowing that Zeus walked me through my transaction.Zeus Bilal demonstrated and provided an exceptional customer service experience. Heading to mexico in a week for a vacation and my guy Zeus was very helpful here. Will be returning in 2 weeks when i come back since i was pleased with the service

I have come here the past 4-5 times when I need to exchange money. My first interaction with the manager was amazing. There is a new hire there who is a lady with glasses who has a terrible attitude. She tries to be the expert but she’s lacking the knowledge. The first time I saw her was 3 months ago and she didn’t want to input my membership and was extremely unpleasant to deal with. It turns out she didn’t know about the memberships at all until a coworker confirmed it. Today I came back with 84,000 Colombian pesos and she said “that’s 2 cents, Colombian pesos are not worth much money” and then proceeded to say that I have no money. The guy training her even nodded in agreement to it being 2 cents. I left feeling extremely confused and then went back. It turns out she has no idea how the currency works and typed 84 COP instead of 84000 COP. She’s been here for 3 months and she’s still got someone training her. Just extremely unpleasant to deal with. She didn’t apologize for her mistake, she just sipped her water bottle. I took the high road and didn’t roast her on the spot cause there was a line. The manager who I first dealt with got me to be a loyal customer here. You’re losing customers by having her deal with them. Terrible hire boys.

This company has very good exchange rates, much better than other currency exchange places I researched & competitive with bank rates too. I want to specifically mention & thank Zeus for his help. It was my first time doing currency exchange on my own and I had several currencies to purchase. Zeus was so patient and kindly answered all my questions. Very professional. I was going on a big trip and he took the time to inquire about it and chat with me as well which made me feel comfortable. I returned months later to exchange my foreign currency after the trip and Zeus was there again , and he still remembered me & asked how the trip went. That made me feel good as a customer and once again, he worked quickly & effectively to exchange my money. With such a positive experience, I've been recommending this location and Zeus to my family & any friends in the East end who are traveling.
