I hired Sabfra Contracting in Spring of 2019 and I could not be more happy with their professionalism and quality of work, not to mention the work was completed within the time frame we agreed on. Our home inside and outside by the time the work was completed felt like we moved into a new home. The owner Frank listens, recommends and follows through with patience and understanding. I would recommend Sabfra Contracting for any of your home renovations big or small, great choice.

We hired Sabfra for a kitchen remodel and couldn’t be happier. Frank respected our budget and the work is top quality. There was constant, daily communication. His team was friendly and experienced. The owner, Frank, even came with us a second time to pick our countertops as I mentioned to him I was overwhelmed with the options. He didn’t not pressure me to make a decision (even though to stay on schedule one had to be made) he suggested that we go back to have a look with him to make sure we were comfortable with our choice. As first time renovators, we really appreciated the “hand holding”! We lived through the remodel with 3 small children and his team was sure to clean up everyday in case we needed access to the main floor. And everything was completed on schedule. I would recommend Sabfra 100 times over.

We have used Frank several times over the years for painting. Frank is reliable and an honest contractor. Finished work is excellent!.Most recent reno was a bathroom, looks great! Already booked Sabfra Contracting for a few projects next year.

Frank and his team did some small renovations on my condo. He turned a walk in closet into an office, a closet into a wonderful entry way and made a poorly organized space into a very efficient storage space. I hired Sabfra Contracting to completely renovate my ensuite and guest bathrooms. The work done was top quality and Frank, the owner, took care of all the details in a professional manner, kept me apprised of all progress and was extremely amiable and courteous. The team worked in a very organised and tidy manner which was important given my condo board's strict renovation rules; for example, all construction debris was removed on a daily basis. My husband and l hired Frank and his crew to replace our old front door, back in October 2019. They replaced it with a brand new door in only a few hours. Very professional work and very reliable contractors. The job was done right and they payed attention to detail. We would love for Frank and his crew to do some more jobs in the springtime.

We hired Frank to renovate a bedroom in our home. This was a complete tear out as everything had to be redone and updated - floors, ceiling tiles, plaster and lathe all torn out. Frank insulated the exterior walls and had his expert team of drywallers and painters make quick work. All trades were scheduled efficiently, one after the other with no delays. Frank was on site every day and supervised all work, and kept me in the loop for when guys are coming, what they are going to be doing, etc. Total professional and a great guy to work with. He and his team were very conscientious, friendly, considerate and always left the clean and swept when they were done for the day. It was a real pleasure, happy to have found such an honest and reliable contractor.

Frank and his team came in to paint my condo and they did a fabulous job. Frank was extremely responsive in our communication and the team did an excellent job getting the work done in such a timely manner. I contacted Frank for my deck extension, he came to my home in King City, he came , gave me a quote, I e transferred him $2800.00 He never showed up . It’s been 1 year now. I will be going to police now.
