Great honest reliable service! Towing service came to tow truck my car after I got into an accident. Kept me calm while reaction and shock was setting in as we drove to the collision center in Caledon which wait time was crazy long. He drove my car to my uncle’s garage afterwards in Markham. Bill was not outrageous for having had to spend the entire day with me and Towing my car all over the place. This is as per my mechanic uncle’s analysis. Required roadside assistance after losing a wheel on the 404, Towing service pulled up beside us in a time of crisis and before we even talked about towing he had OPP blocking us behind. He hooked us up with a flatbed tow truck and got us (including a toddler in a car seat) to our destination safely for a very reasonable price. More than that was the peace of mind, especially with a young child he got us through an emergency situation with confidence and calm, and very quickly. 10000% will call Towing service again if we ever need to. A gentlemen by the name of Towing service was the driver of the truck which later I found out he was the owner of the company). From the moment he picked me and my car he was nothing but very nice and pleasant to deal with and again later I found out that he was honest to everything he told me about what was going to happen to my vehicle. I asked him if he knows a great body shop that not only fix my car but have it done on a priority basis meaning I needed the vehicle sooner than later. I was going southbound on the 400 from Caledon to Toronto when my car ran out of gas. I had a gas can but the car wouldn't start and a red lightning bolt came up. I was referred to Tow Truck Caledon towing after another tow truck company wouldn't take passengers and I had a 6 month old baby. I didn't have to wait long for Towing service to arrive and he was very professional. He said the red lightning bolt has to do with gas and offered to tow me to a gas station before going to jeep to see if the problem is fixed. It was fixed and he saved me so much money and recommended a good mechanic. Exceptional service and will call them if I need a tow in the near future.
