We had very good customer service from Damian who helped us through an exchange on a bathroom medicine cabinet. He made sure we knew what steps were being taken all along and didn’t leave us hanging & wondering when our new cabinet would be available to us. He was professional & super friendly to chat with! Great experience making us want to shop at bath depot for our next Reno.

I have been dealing with this store as a contractor for about 5years. Their products are decent quality for reasonable prices. The best part is that mostly everything is in stock when needed. They get deliveries twice a week, so never a long wait to receive anything. Staff are helpful. Definitely recommend.

The staff were so knowledgeable and went out of their way to help - as we were looking for something under time restrictions, they checked with branches in Windsor and Quebec city (!) to find the product so we can get it on time. Highly recommended!

In the summer of 2018, my husband and I did a full reno of the bathroom in our condo. We got all our fixtures from Bath Depot and were very happy with the result. However, recently our building required that we replace the faucet cartridge for both the basin and bathtub. I dealt with Damian Loja, first by phone and then via email, and found him to be very helpful, professional and courteous. My husband went to pick up the items and also commented on how friendly and knowledgeable Damian was. We would gladly recommend his services to anybody who needs bathroom supplies!Lilian, Toronto

I have been a customer of this store for a long time and purchased everything needed for my renovations.Exceptional customer service especially on the management level. I always received info and help needed regarding their products and they made sure I received everything in shortest possible time. Mostly everything is in stock as well.Everything I purchased is a very good quality which is very important to me.
