I picked up a brochure from the kiosk at Eastview Mall. Rudy was very quick to respond to my inquiry about ordering an ornament. The process was simple and quick, and the product quality is superb! The ornament was a special gift for a close friend who had recently lost a loved one. I highly recommend Memories in 3D.

At Christmas time, I purchased the round faceted edge crystal ornament as a memorial gift for my husband with a picture of his parents on it. I sent a photo that I grabbed from Facebook and it turned out better than I could have imagined! They were able to remove the background and just have the picture of the two of them on the center of the ornament. It was done quickly, even though it was a busy time of year and came in a nice presentation box. My husband was very touched by it! It “won” as the best Christmas gift this year. The ornament is so beautiful that we have it up year round on an ornament stand. We have plans to have other ornaments done of my parents, my brother’s family, aunt & uncles, nieces & nephews & the grandkids - so we can have a true “Family” tree!
