Jessica is absolutely fantastic to work with! I felt so comfortable with her, and so empowered. She was with me every step of the way and was very diligent with making sure I completed my workouts efficiently. If I didn't work out for a number of days, she would reach out and see how I was doing and I really appreciated having that accountability.She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and it was very reassuring asking so many questions and having them answered so in depth.I highly recommend Jessica to anyone who is trying to educate themselves on the power of strength training and working out. I came to Jessica with a specific goal. I needed to get stronger, and increase my endurance level to pass a physical ability test. Jessica was simply amazing. She knew what I was looking for, what exercises to add to my routine and she gave me options to fit my comfort level. I was first impressed with Jessica before I even meet her. When I had emailed her to inquire about training, her responses were so thoughtful and she clearly answered every question or concern I had, it was pretty apparent she was passionate about getting people healthy. I had several one on one training sessions with Jessica and quickly I realized she was a fantastic trainer. She makes you feel comfortable and confident in the gym. She’s extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and her desire to see you be successful certainly shines through. Not only is she a great trainer but she’s really kind and easy to get along with. You will see results working with Jessica, In a few short weeks I am lifting much heavier then I thought I could.

JesscFit Personal Training is really great. She will guide you through different programs/exercises. With Jessica's help I achieved my goal of putting on weight and my strength has more than double and noticed a positive change in my appearance. I would highly recommend Jess! She is very knowledgeable and motivating. I participated in the tandem sessions and she was great at focusing on both our individual strengths and weaknesses. I quickly saw improvement in my strength and because of that a change in my body. I had been going to the gym for years and not getting these results. You can tell Jess really cares about the health and well being of her clients. The tandem sessions are a great option, not only is it enjoyable and motivating to go with someone but it’s also very affordable. If you’re looking for a life style change that’s sustainable and yields results, look not further than Jess!

I have been working out with Jess for over a year now and I am very impressed with her abilities as a trainer. She is certified in Kinesiology which most trainers are not. I told her I wanted to work out smarter not harder. I will tell you she likes to keep the workout interesting by mixing up the routine every time. I have never felt bored with any of her workouts. This is very important to me and to her to keep things fresh and interesting. I hope you contact her and check her out. I am glad I did :)

Jessica is great, I did tandem training and our class was very good even though my partner and I were at different levels. I am 61 (not old) and haven’t exercised or trained with weights in a long time but Jess knows her stuff and had me back at it quickly, she pushes you beyond what you think your capable of and gets you doing it. Definitely recommend her for any level, I’m waiting for a new partner for tandem!

Jessica is amazing. She was very accommodating to my crazy schedule with two little kids and she’s great at communicating/ getting back to you. In the gym she breaks things down for you, is patient and kind, and it feels like you are working out with a friend. The workouts are challenging and she makes the hour fly by. I highly recommend Jessica, she is kind, patient and works to make sure you get some results.

Choosing to work with Jessica has been the best decision I have made in my fitness journey. From the moment I reached out to the workout sessions she has been nothing but professional, caring, and motivating.
