My experience was remarkable. I had 2 outdoor installations, and 1 in the garage. On the coldest day this year, the installer arrived on time, and did the work with a smile, and the work is so perfect, I do not have to touch up paint, or damaged brick or wood. The work sites were left spotless. The good nature, and efficiency, a wonder.I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had my bathroom renovated to accommodate a larger tub for my disabled daughter by the London group.Being the single parent of special needs children and the first home renovation project, I was very stressed and uneasy about the renovation.The repairs commenced March 2020 during the start of the pandemic.Everything was explained well and I was grateful for the knowledge of the challenges of dealing with disabilities.They had to gut the bathroom, increase the size by moving the wall into the adjoining one, then construct a closet to replace lost space.Major plumbing repairs were completed.Tiling for walls and floor.Installation of fan, fixtures, tub, sink, toilet.All were professional, respectful, courteous, helpful.Calls were always returned promptly & issues addressed.The end result is so much better. It is now functional and easier which is so very important to me. Very happy.Great work guys!!!!

I called In-Trend Home Solutions back in September to renovate my Mother-In-Laws bathroom to make it more accessible for her. Rob and his team installed a curbed shower with a bench as well as a roll under vanity. The family absolutely loves the new bathroom and shower. Thank you for all the hard work!

Darrell was assigned to work on my home by a title insurance company after the previous renovations were determined to be unsafe and against code. A load bearing wall was removed with no reinforcement put in place. This was already a terrible situation, and Darrel's poor management and lack of understanding of the situation made a bad situation even worse.If i could give less than one star, I would. Darrell was not only rude, uncommunicative, obnoxious and dishonest, his work was also sub-par. His slow work, incompetence and general lack of caring, made my home uninhabitable for the better part of a year. Darrel's management" of this project and poor grasp of what needed to be done to complete the permit

This is the third time I’ve used In-Trend and I have found Darrell and his team to be very professional and efficient with each job. They work in a very timely manor and are very conscientious of your home and space. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I hired In-Trend Home Solutions back in October to help with some accessibility needs for my grandmother. They were able to install some grab bars in the bathroom and shower area. Add additional handrails on all staircases that matched the existing railings. My grandmother feels a lot safer in her home. Thanks

We recently had our mothers bedroom and en-suite renovated for her accessibility needs and we couldn’t be happier. They helped make the modifications more modern than hospital room like.(if u know what I mean). Rob and Dustin were very personable and made the Reno experience a very easy one.Thanks Intrend!

Dustin and his team where great. They installed new railings, and rebuilt my garage stairs into my house to allow for more accessibility into my home. They did an amazing job and very quick. I would definitely use them again when I move!
