I had a service, which included a general check of basic things as well as having my brakes checked and the line flushed. They reported nothing wrong with the brakes, but mistakenly charged me $400 for brake fluid. My brakes didn’t seem right after that and when a family member checked the car out for me, the brake fluid was at minimum. No leaks were found and brakes had been replaced not long ago. Toyota should have found a leak or a brake issue if there was a problem with the brakes. They didn’t fill up the brake fluid. They also didn’t check my wiper blades, which needed replacing. When I complained about the low brake fluid, Cambridge Toyota took the car to check it and agreed there was nothing wrong with the brakes, but refused to admit they would have left the brake fluid low. They had no other explanation for it. They also didn’t take off the money they charged me for brake fluid they didn’t put in after the flush. They gave me back my car in an unsafe condition and wanted a lot of my time. I won’t be going back to Cambridge Toyota for any work on my car ever.

While driving I got a large screw in tire. Leaking air quickly, while driving kids to afternoon activities and before a meeting.I called in a panic, Marcey had me come right in. They fit me in, and my kids and I on the road asap!Incredible friendly service. Thank you!

Hi Corey.I will definitely fill out great score. I was running around last minute and decided to grab an oil change at Mr.Lube. They started working on my vehicle and noticed Centre plug missing from oil filter. No idea what or how it happened? They were unable to do anything to fix the situation.I was totally frustrated and went directly to you guys.The customer service and help I received was second to none!Your mechanic stopped what he was doing to take a look at my concern as it could potentially could be a safety issue and did not want me to leave without confirming.Plug was missing and oil was low!!Vinny and the mechanic Maswon took great care of me. They corrected the problem and were able to squeeze me in for an oil change immediately.Absolutely good service and great employees.Huge thanks to you and your team for the help!

Everyone here was so kinda and worked efficiently. They stated what needed to get done and showed me proof upon request. I was not pressured to complete any service they suggested. They took the time to fulfill all my needs and thoroughly answered all my questions. Marcey was very kinda and understanding when speaking to me. The man working on my car (unsure of his name) was competent about all my car needs and ensured that his best work was completed.

I dropped off my car before opening and had tires changed. Service was completed ahead of schedule and I was able to pick up when I was ready to return. Everything was smooth and I spent only a few minutes paying and reviewing details of service then I was out and done

We have been coming here for a while and Marcey is top notch In the service department. Doesn’t let us spend money we don’t need to at the time of service.She is honest and sincere hey hold off till next visit , your good. Is truthful and dedicated to the customers.
