Starlight Lighting - Office by Appt. Only

I hate being that guy to give the 1-star review but Im feeling a little helpless here. I tried calling this company many times before putting in my online order and no one would ever pick up their phones, even when I tried at multiple different times per day. Definitely a red flag but I pretty much knew what I wanted so I put in an order of about $2K worth of garden lights back on April 4th. Got an immediate email confirming the order and saying I would get a tracking number in 14-21 days and if not to contact them. Well its now May 10th and I have no email for a tracking number...the funds have been taken from my credit card....I have tried calling them, emailing them, using their online chat box on their website, nothing. Its literally crickets. So as of today, definitely 1-star so far due to the insane lack of service and following through on their own standards and protocols. Ill happily update this review once I finally hear from them or get the products that I ordered.

We were looking for some particular Kichler outdoor lights and even Amazon was out of stock, sending us a message saying sorry but they couldn't fulfill the order. Found Starlight on the web and decided to give them a try. We had the lights in good order about three weeks later, at a decent price and shipped to Vancouver within three days. Great service by Starlight.

I purchased relatively difficult-to-find Kichler bulbs from Starlight. The cost was reasonable and shipping was quick. An easy transaction!
