I brought three items for alterations, two pants to be shortened and a skirt to repair. The pants are too short and the stitching is not invisible, it's a straight stitch which looks terrible. The skirt repair is fine. Will not return, my jumpsuit and pants are ruinedI returned and she was very helpful in addressing my concerns. My pants and jumpsuit have been adjusted to my satisfaction. thank you

excellent customer service, friendly staff, alterations perfectly on time and reasonable prices compared to market prices. I brought 6 items, 3 of which are luxury designer brands (loewe and Miu Miu). They did exactly what I asked them to and curated it to my likings. They even ironed all my stuff and put them in garment bags! Highly recommend the place and I will sure be back with more stuff.

If could give more stars i would! I have been taking my clothes from jeans, dress pants, suits, repairs to my pants or clothing to my motorcycle jackets to Fashion Fits Alterations at Markville Mall to be altered or repaired for the last 25+ years! They do excellent work and I can't complain. The staff are friendly and know what they're doing! I'll never take my clothes anywhere else. Plus, if you need your pants hemmed within an hour, they'll do that for you, too! Finally, prices are reasonable, but if you want things done properly you don't go on the cheap! What are you waiting for!? Bring your clothes to be hemmed or altered, you won't be disappointed!!

Very satisfied with Fashion Fits. I used their services to repair an Eddie Bauer jacket under warranty. They went above and beyond to not only replace the broken zipper but address a design flaw which is what caused the zipper to break. Even though they could not make an exact match on the zipper the jacket still looks great and functions properly too!They did a great job hemming my pants as well.
