I generally dont come here for the gas, more the items carried inside, if you are looking for goodies of all sorts.. slushies, taquitos, candies, chocolates etc etc they have a ton. the staff are also super nice.

Great place to get gas, prices are among the most competitive for area. Best time to gas up is early evening to early morning when the price tends to go down.

While the average price can be competitive, the long lines and claustrophobic pump setup dissuades me from returning.And for CAA members, this location does not recognize the current promotional discount.

I was just there to fill up and the gas/store attendant or customer care representative block me from entering to fill up with no reason. Then the price went up and now I am at another gas station, filling up for cheaper price. I was there before price was raised and clearly in line for the next pump when he said no a put a pilon in my path. Blocked me from the pump for no reason given and I missed out on all my air miles. Nice start to my morning

I ride a motorcycle I will be telling all the groups of people I ride with and everyone I know to NEVER get gas from this establishment. I do not feel the need to elaborate on this post if management or the owner would care to know why please feel free to contact me.

Please routinely update your prices from Google. It must reflect what is being charged at your pumps.$1.09 on internet$1.19 at your pumps.Zero stars today.

Cheapest gas I have seen in Ontario so far (for 91 Premium). Been to this location plenty of times. Only had one instance of an unusual overfill/charge occurrence, never followed up with Shell HQ but still come back and never had a problem since. Station needs to expand, when the pumps are occupied, line ups can run onto the streets. Usually not AirMiles friendly either - usually promos and machines being down to collect points. Overall good prices and easy self transactions at the pumps.

I called and tried to talk to someone named Dipen" only to have them hang up on me very rudely. I tried calling back numerous times and they did not answer. If Shell is a company that treats customers like garbage I will be taking my business elsewhere as this company only cares about money and not the importance of customer service. It's rather sad and pathetic. Get better employees..."

Base pricing is the most competitive Ive found at Shell in Hamilton, however, they are the only Shell Ive been to that doesnt recognize the CAA 5 cent discount which is significant. I wont be going back.
