Nobody was on counter. I waited. Then comes the big woman, with wrong attitude. She already decided to say no before i said anything. Maybe i disturbed her big fat lunch break for all i i know. Smh

Garbage western union. Don't bother going there.If anyone comes across the name of the manager, let me know. She refused to give out her information after threatening my sister and hanging up on me twice when I confronted her about her behaviour. I wish I could give the zero stars.

I went there on January I was very happy how fast I was attended but they charged me 12.95 dollars to send money. This hurts when you sending a little over 100 dollars abroad.

The worst customer service ever! I have sent money from different western unions never had a problem. This particular location absolutely trash. The lady upfront is rude, have no knowledge of what she did!!! I’m out my money and she has no clue of what happened!! I rather drive 5 minutes away for better service!!

Fat umpa lumpa behind the counter can’t send money cuz she feels “uncomfortable” maybe loose all the weight n those thunder thighs n you’ll be better. Waste of a hour

Very bad service. Stupid, rude lady was late when opening the store. She arrived at 9:30 am when the store is supposed to open at 9 am. No customer service.
