We arrived at rush hour. We were served in no time, food was great, staff very courteous and most important, tables all cleaned. This is the best A&W I’ve been at. Good job team

Crystal is not a very pleasant manager. Had our breakfast served wrong while sitting beside a staff member blasting East Indian music on her phone while on break. LET alone the very loud music in the restaurant today. The bacon slices were not even an inch long the eggs were cold missing hash brown and toast that came way after more than 10 minutes waiting. Reason they are busy. Nobody was after us. Don't serve the food if the order is not complete then. Asked to make a new breakfast which was refused by manager. Crystal refused to make new breakfast or refund. After arguing she said talk to Christian the owner he'll back me up. Not the service it use to be. I once had a chicken strip raw given and was given 4 free meals. I had to fight to get a tiny money back TODAY. We will not be back after going there for many years of great service its now gone down the drain.

The food is always prepared hot and fresh, which is fantastic for a fast food chain. Enjoyed the manager special for $6.49 (burger, fries, and pop). Customer service is always great and the restaurant inside is clean.

Did drive thru, and got a bacon teen burger. Was very tasty, and I liked that they used a good piece of lettuce and was crunchy. Good flavours too.

Food is really good and fresh. Staff is friendly and the interior is clean. Debit machine could be wiped down though.

So-so service. Ordering multiple burgers, with different requests for some of them. Seems to throw them off. Tables were not all cleaned. Drive thru offered. Bonus - they use French's ketchup, which is better! Famous for their root beer served in frosty glass mugs. #localguide

The drive through rep was rude, very ignorant. Telling me the milkshakes are basically the smoothies because they have fruit in them. I asked if they have any with out the fruit to have just a milkshake. She said they only do that for chocolate. As in chocolate milkshakes.Beyond floored lol mm..Kay.. I’ll pass thanks.. I truly despise ignorance. Should never be tolerated in costumer service.Attitude goes a frickin’ loooooong way, this person clearly needs to have the spoon taken from her; does not know struggle.

As a regular that's been going here for months now, the staff are great, food is to the a&W standard. Atmosphere is chill in the mornings but hectic come the afternoon as most other fast food places. Very nice
