Worker named ERICA was very rude and was very sarcastic towards us and what we were buying. we’d ask a question and get very rude responses. not impressed. Erica needs to work big time on customer service or be fired.

Very bad experience from the staffs. The staffs are racist. My friend and I had very bad customer service in the thunder bay store.

Worker Erica Wdowiak was VERY rude to my friend and i. We would ask a question and she would either respond very rudely or very sarcastically with a tone. When we asked for help she simply ignored us and when she did talk to us she was demanding and demeaning. made us feel very uncomfortable and judged.

My body can be difficult to dress and size, but Brenda was amazing with helping me out. I found a bra that fits me incredibly and she made me feel comfortable the whole time.

Brenda provided excellent service, she took the time to make sure I had the right bra fit. Especially considering different styles had different fits, I felt very confident with my purchases.

I called to see if they had a certain bra in the store before coming in from out of town as online it said “ limited stock “. So when I called they told me they can’t check to see if product is in stock and that I have to come down and look for myself. LAZY !
