I started dealing with Jonathon Hodgson at IMS last year. He has provided undoubtedly some of the best customer care I have ever come across. He is definitely one of the driving forces behind IMS.I usually order some custom made shovels for our type 64 grapple tines. Jon has always paid attention to detail and makes them to the exact specifications that I ask for and at a reasonable price. I look forward to dealing with them soon.

EXTREMELY knowledgeable and they take the time to explain specs to compare with other products. Lead times are unbeatable and the open communication about orders/lead times etc is amazing. I do not know the product very well and Jonathon always takes the time to go through options with me to pass onto clients. They are a one stop shop for sure!!!
