Dishonest service for a job that was done. Within a few days, the problem came back again. It would have been better to warn us that our handle was no longer in good condition, instead of doing a semi-repair knowing that it was worn.The new locksmith who came to my house asked me why Serrurier Jacques made you lose your money when the SOLUTION WAS TO COMPLETELY REPLACE MY HANDLE AND NOT TO REPAIR IT.Thank you for letting me know that I will not be using your poor service again.

Called as lock was jammed - could not turn key, and wanted to change lock - instead of sending me someone; he asked a few questions. Told me how to fix the issue myself - saved a lot of money! So prefessional and no nonesense. very trustworthy! highly recommend!! *THANK YOU*
