Someone recommended we call Steve at Ignite for a dryer issue and we're so glad we did. Steve was a easy to communicate with and we were able to make an informed decision as to whether we should repair or replace our appliance. We ended up booking a repair and Steve was very professional, clean and respectful and got the job done quickly. Will definitely use his service again and I don't hesitate to recommend!

The top elements of my GE Electric cooker had stopped working and I called a random number I found on the internet for help. The person referred me to Steve and said he was one of the best at fixing appliances. So I called Steve and he fixed the cooker over the phone in less than 10 minutes. We had two people come to the house to try and fix our issues with our dishwasher. Neither were successful. Steve Postma came and knew within minutes what the issue was. He was quick to order the repair part and fix our issue. Extremely knowledgeable and kind man. Highly recommend Steve for any repairs you may need!!

We are extremely impressed by the efficiency and quick response time from Steve at Ignite. We spoke with him on the phone and he arrived at our home within a day. He was clearly knowledgable as he diagnosed our issue quickly and provided us detail so we could also be informed with the repair. He also suggested some simple suggestions to keep our appliances in top shape, which was much appreciated. Both my wife and I valued his transparency and efficiency - 10/10. I would highly recommend Steve. We will be using him for any of our future appliance repairs.
