Ocean's 14Last month, I collected a winter coat from this laundry, but, it had a terrible nasty smell. (like dirty filters) I waited a couple weeks to see if it disappeared, on the contrary an awful smell filled the washroom where I hanged it up. I came back to the place, the person who works there, wanted to bring other people to show that the coat had no problem, that I was the first person to come with that impression in 20 years that he had been working. It Sounds to argumentative to me. Then, he offered to wash it without charging. Really? I will not risk again. Obviously never going back but I will do my best to talk anyone I know out of going there.PS: (I went to another special laundry to fix this damage). I wonder who runs these laundries located in the loblaws warehouses? I wrote to the link that is linked to these laundries and nobody responded?? Definitely it was a ripped off.

I called at 6:45 PM (Dec 17, 2018) to pick up my suits before they closed at 7 PM. I was told that his computer's clock" is fast and that he actually closes at 6:50 PM (real world time). He said he wouldn't wait until 6:52 PM for me to grab my suits. Very poor customer service. I would never recommend this place."

First time was there, unfortunately there stain didn't come off my shirt and found out at home that they left me a note advising for a wet clean but no body had informed me about that at the time of pick up. Not going back again.

Great, honest service and clothes are always cleaned well and on time. I will continue to come back. Their hours are not the same as Loblaws, see photo. Current hours have been updated in photo! Getting to the Dry Cleaner can be a challenge as you have to walk all the way through the Loblaws and exit out that North door to where the Dry Cleaner is. That being said, it's worth the walk!
