Worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. These people put my life on the line letting me drive a defective Sonata knowing it had an engine probe to leaking oil and seizures. After all recalls were completed earlier this year, my car seized on the 401 a few mths ago. The GM Mike and service mgr Wayne are devoid of ethics and I will never buy a Hyundai again. I never received an engine recall notice and that’s absolutely inexcusable and unacceptable when they admitted that 2011-2016 Sonatas have defective Theta 2 engines with issues concerning connection rod bearings and machine filings. Google needs to allow for zero stars in cases where a business lets you knowingly drive a “death trap” waiting to happen. What is wrong with these people that they can sleep at night knowing there are thousands of people driving defective vehicles. Shame on you!

Good experience and friendly service

This business should be ashamed of themselves. I went in for regular maintenance and within 5 ft of driving off the lot the engine light went on. They claim they didnt do anything but offered a $1400 bill to fix it after 3 weeks of back and forth! After finally getting the car back, it was messy and our belongings were tossed around with such disrespect. This is completely disrespectful and not even vacummed/cleaned after. Not what I would typically expect from a dealer (after paying a premium!). I have reported them to Better Business Bureau for an investigation. I cant believe they are even in business if this is how they act.

I called them to make appointment for my sonata 2020 oil change , she told me that they have Express service for oil change when I went there the said ,no we don't have , I proved to them that, but they insisted not to serve me, just they said you been miss informed.

It was a nice and smooth experience. Paul is great, he made my day easy. Overall service was good and all queries were answered properly.
