I live in Chetwynd and I bought a bucket of chicken 2 separate times. Both times there was about 5 TBL spoons of oil at the bottom both times... I miss Chetwynd KFC when it closed it was the worst day of my life...

Asked for extra tomatoes in my twister - got no tomatoes.Asked for my receipt - was told it was in the bag - no receipt was in the bag.Asked for 6 honey mustard dips - got 3.Fries were cold. Gravy is tasteless / pretty disappointing for paying $55 for two twisters, one gravy and a large popcorn chicken….Tried to call so I could at least get my receipt and maybe an explanation of why my order was missing things - no answer.

Kind of hit and miss, some times food is good and other times it's bland. I quit ordering delivery as it takes way to long and out of the last few times I've waited nearly 4 hours each time for delivery. This location is one that needs to new people who actually care about the quality of the product. I worked here for nearly 9 years and glad I left

I could not believe the temperature when entering this restaurant. The service and food was great but the atmosphere was unbearable due to the heat. Also it makes me sad to see the workers working in a hot kitchen with no air conditioning!

Went in for take out at lunch time and had really good fast friendly service. Not much of a wait time for the order. Parking lot can be a bit tight when it's busy.

I ordered a 3 piece combo but was told they were out of chicken; except for their last drum stick and 2 wings. I said I’d take the 3 pieces and didn’t look in the bag.After paying for the last chicken KFC had, it wasn’t in my bag when I got home.

They need to change there restaurant closing time 20 min before the actual closing time. Went to druve thru at 9:45 no one answered but it says it closes at 10. Happened twice

Ordered dinner for my family online and prepaid. Called to confirm the order and got no response but a loud high pitch buzz and I didn't think much about it.Waited a hour and a half, got nothing.Called the store twice only to get no response only that high pitch tone and then Called customer service. They couldn't contact the store so I called customer support again and canceled my order.Second time I had this issue which is why I called to confirm my order.Wouldn't recommend this location. Waste of time ordering online and then you'll have to wait for a refund due to only accepting prepaid orders
