Very slow. My appointment was at 3:10 I arrived early and waited till 3:40, but even after fourty minutes they still have not finished with patients booked for 2:30. Definitely not to go to the bankview lab again . They are not short of staff as they said but short of management.

They did 3 blood draws in an hour with 20 people in the waiting room.and seemingly 6 phebotomists on staff. Not at all professional.

Incredibly slow service. Every time I go, I have an appointment and it still takes about 45 minutes or longer until I’m seen - even though there are usually very few people in there. The staff are always rude and constantly seem like getting bloodwork done is an inconvenience. They take their time for everything. I only go here because it’s close to my house. Wouldn’t recommend.

On the website walk in waiting time was 13min but i waited for an hour and they called me to get the paper…They are super slow!! Not recommend to come hereWish they’re kore trained for the better service.

Appointment or walking in it doesn't matter your wait will be 1-3 hours . Management should be fired . The staff was very friendly I felt bad for them working so understaffed.

I would avoid this location. Booked my appointment weeks in advance, only to show up for my 1200 appointment, and find out 15 minutes into my wait time it would be another 1:20 of a wait. Walk ins were being told two hours.

Contrary to a lot of the reviews, I had a good experience at this lab. The receptionist was friendly and courteous. I was 10 min. early and only waited another 10 min. after my appointment time. The tech doing the blood samples was also very friendly. I think your experience will really depend on the individuals you deal with and also what your expectations are.

I got there 10 minutes prior to my appointment and waited 45 minutes for my turn which wasn’t coming. This whole time, the waiting room was full and staff was taking breaks. Talking to other people waiting, some said they were one hour past their appointment time. The staff’s explanation: “we are understaffed at this location!” I understand that; what I don’t understand is why offer appointments if you, as a company, know your location is understaffed and appointments won’t be fulfilled.

After booking online for a 3:20pm appointment and taking an excuse from work for a gestational diabetes test, I was told I could not do it that day and should come back the next day. I explained I couldn't take another excuse from work and they insisted they could not help because they close by 4pm and the test is for one hour. There was no option online to select gestational tests but they insisted that there was and that I should book more than an hour before they close. They actually made me cry as I went back home empty handed. Will try a walk-in elsewhere before it's too late.
