Image quality is unacceptable.This company is promoting themselves as professional photographers with professional quality images. You would be better off using a cell phone as the quality is strongly comparable.

I am quite satisfied with Mountain West Studios. I graduated college back in 2014 and did not get a chance to purchase my grad photos. Fast forward to this year, I regret not buying the photos so I took my chance and emailed the company if they still have it. At first, they inquire me that they do not archive anything past 5 years. However, they got back to me right after and told me they were able to retrieved it!! I truly appreciate what they have done. Thank you so much! I am very grateful!

Very professional, very helpful and very calm. We were lucky to have April for our kid's photo! She is very good at getting good pictures even with kids!! Highly recommend!

We had misplaced my sons code and the customer service helped us right away and gave the codes so we could order his photos right away. The staff were super nice and his photos were really great! Super happy.
