this location is very much a rip off. they won't tell you the ins and outs of renting from them and then they take your money when you aren't looking and justify it by saying read the fine print on the back of the contract" well that fine print you need a magnifying glass to read and definitely was not disclosed prior to my rental. Before dealing with them please do your homework and you may not want to leave your credit card on file with them."

I'm a landscaper and have to rent from here a few times a year. Always great, friendly and knowledgeable service and staff. I've also had some small issues with machinery (it happens), but they quickly send a mechanic out to whatever site I'm working at. Plus in my experience their pricing is almost always cheaper than any other comparable rental company I've seen. This will always been my go to" rental place."

The good news was they had what I needed to rent when High River Rentals did not.We cleaned it up as good as we could but got charged $150 cleaning fee because we could not get everything out of the tracks (no water on site). Seemed like a lot considering we put in a good effort.When I told them on return that the machine was stalling every five minutes the first day the guy was a jerk about it. Told me I should have called at the time and why am I telling him this now.Also had a bunch of fees added I was not told about. Won't be my first choice next time.

That they have the tool in stock that I drove all the way from Calgary when I showed up they gave me a wrong tool they said that this is the only tool that they have it in the system.Manager wasn't helpful at all.

This place nearly always has what I need when I wanting and at a decent price. The equipment is always well maintained and clean. Pickup and drop off is well handled.

I rented a floor scrubber a while back. It was such an easy process. Kasie made it fast, fun, and efficient. All of my questions were answered in great detail. From proper sizing of equipment needed, operation of the equipment, and delivery or pick up with my own flat deck. She had a wealth of knowledge to share and was right to the point to get me on my way. I will definitely be renting from her again.

If your going to get propane tanks filled there stay away. They argued that a 30lb rv propane tank was actually 33lbs. Well they are wrong. No weight scale and charge for full fills even if tank has some left. Never going back!!

Great service and very helpful. Peter and the rest of the team helped us out with piloting a forklift, running to grab parts and helping unload a difficult piece of equipment. Without their help and service we would not have gotten it done. I will definitely use their services again
