Called a cab was told it would he 15 mins .. called after 40 just to confirm I had actually ordered the cab where the lady rudely told me I'd have to wait my turn as she had no free cabs (I was just confirming I ordered it).. after 1 hour and 15 mins I went with a different, friendlier cab company.

While in one of their cabs i asked the driver if he could book a ride for 4am as i wasn't sure if dispatch would pick up at that time, he called dispatch infront of me and said that the ride was booked. the next morning the cab never showed up and when i called they had no record of a booking ever being made, so i was essentially lied to and given nothing in return, no discount no voucher no phone call, to say they had poor customer service would be innacurate as they just DONT have customer service.

Never showed up after an hour of waiting, if I could rate a 0 I would. Would not recommend honestly

Not good at all. The operators have very low quality phones or something because the sound is very bad. I don't know if it's because of this that 4/5 times I call at Sunday morning no one ever comes. I usually call at 6:20 am because I have to go to work at 7 and that's too much to ask for? This isn't a big city.

I just wanted to voice my dissatisfaction. I was charged $25 to go about 7 minutes and the cab driver didn't have his mask on properly. My ride charge me $15 for the same ride. Total rip off.

Shout out to Simond’s taxi driver Roy Bradley Taxi #099 who led us to a Highway entrance on Sept 12, 2022. There was an accident on Route 1, which forced us to wait in a standstill for one hour. He led our car out of town on route 100. Great taxi driver!
