We went through the drive-thru since it was very busy vehicles entering and leaving the parking lot with a very sharp curve to the street that's very little room for smooth traffic flow especially through the drive-thru and since it was very the drive-thru is very of the entrance and exit situation in the parking lot there should be another way for vehicles to enter or a second way the drive-thru should have its own entrance and exit...

I just spent 30 minutes waiting in the drive through for wedges that were frozen in the middle and a warm “ ice” cap. I know this is the only Tim Hortons for miles but do yourself a favour and just pull over and eat grass

The grill was not working or they were doing test marketing to see if customers were ok that wraps were not being grilled so they could save money? Then I tried to pay my bill using my wife's Tim card ($3 remaining) following with my Tim card (both virtual cards on the Tim's app) but it would not allow 2 accounts to pay the same bill!! What? Why not?? Their software development team on their app is totally incompetent. The app has been a disaster the last few months. Grrrr.The wrap (classic slow cooked chicken wrap) was great and the bagel and cream cheese was good. Just their app and customer service experience is TERRIBLE.

Typical Tim Hortons face but this one is normally really busy with all the people going up north to Cottages or camping Etc. There is tons of parking and there is a drive-thru. Inside it has been made covid safe with dividers and distancing markers. Staff are friendly and everyone was wearing a mask!

Love this local tims!The staff are very generous and personable.Unfortunately the service can be a little slower some day due to the amount of employees, however once served you do get your order extremely quickly!

Service was slow today and the food was horrible. A bagel with egg on it, isnt a gourmet meal but the bagel should not be burnt and the egg shouldnt taste like plastic. I still have the after tastevand im sorry but you shouldnt be able to screw up a tea with milk!!! How is it Tims employees always get it wrong. Tea with cream is disgusting and should not be an option. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to find the next Tim Hortons.

Bad customer service, they dont even deserve a star but since I have to click the star for the review and 1 is for the washroom...II bought 1m coffee and 1m french vanilla plus a dozen donuts so Ican use the washroom, few minutes ago but the sale associate dropped the box and what's funny was that he only changed the box not donuts...OMG I don't understand ,was it because of my color or he didn't know I saw him picking up the donuts either way he should know better .

Worst Tim Hortons in the province that I’ve been to and that’s from someone that lives locally in Harriston.What Tim Hortons closes in store ordering early in the morning? Every time I go through the drive thru I wait minimum 25 minutes… I resort to driving out of my way to go to Palmerston in the mornings as the wait in the drive thru is absurd.They either need more staff or more qualified workers at the capacity they have.Every time I purchase coffee here it tastes burnt, my bagels have never been toasted enough and donuts are always stale.

Horrible service at D/T, the person there (ayush/Piyush or something similar) was extremely rude and cocky. Not sure why he has so much attitude and why he was so unkind. We ordered a bunch of stuff and when collecting it at the DT window, all I asked was is this all"? And his response
