Horrible Service Ontario. The last three times I have tried this place, it turns into a circus with parts of the process being down. Earlier today it was the debit machine, but it's always something different.Extremely inefficient and poorly run, I'd recommend visiting a different Service Ontario. It's likely worth the drive.

By far the best MTO office. My wife had a few plates to renew, and one set of plates needed to be changed. They said the plates would be free if we brought them in, but they were still on the truck. They were nice enough to lend her tools to take the plates off to save us time and money.Always have found them to be very friendly and professional

What a great experience at the Smithville office. We didn't have a long wait. The ladies ate so efficient. Will always go back to this office.

This office is the best I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly & most efficient. Sometimes there is a lineup but that is rare.

Quick service. All it took was less than 5 minutes to renew my plate sticker whereas I'd have to wait between between 1.5 - 2 hours had this been in Hamilton.
