Mitchell's RV Centre

I had my trailer serviced at Mitchell's twice this year. First for a general inspection of seals / caulking and a bearing service, always good measure.I just had it in for a minor water leak issue re. a pex fitting I had noticed this past weekend. Make it good practice to every once in a while check your fittings.Had a new and much better quality pex fitting and new city water hookup (brass over existing plastic) fittings.Excellent repair and excellent service, I would highly recommend.

Such and friendly and respectful family to own a RV centre. Every issue I have had with my RV has been addressed pleasantly with no questions asked. I would recommend this RV centre to anyone I meet interested in RV's and fellow workers . Great job Don, Warren and Grant.

Great place and the service was amazing.Walked in looking for a new pigtail for my older pop up. We couldn’t find one but the owner gave me free butt connectors and then explained to me how to hard wire it easily.Worked great and my trailer works now too!Thanks a lot. Will return when I need a new RV trailer!!

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. They have a wide selection of both new and used trailers. I was very happy with the owners knowledge and honesty. I didn't feel pressured into buying something to big or to small for our needs. He walked me through the process of buying a trailer giving me his many years of knowledge and experience to help me make a decision. This man made me feel very comfortable and confident that I made the right purchase for my families needs.

Great experience dealing with Don, Warren and Grant when purchasing our trailer. This is a friendly, family business who care about their customers. They take lots of time answering questions and giving good advice on the trailer experience. We also made a rookie mistake with our trailer requiring a service call. Fortunately we were in town and Warren showed up within minutes to help us. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and took care of our issue very quickly. Would highly recommend this business.

My wife and I had been looking at travel trailers for the last year and had some bad experiences with local RV dealers. We decided to stop at Mitchell's RV one day to see their selection of trailers. The staff at Mitchell's were truly world class with regards to selection, price, and mostly service. Mitchell's is a small family owned business and truly understands the value of awesome customer service. Don, the owner, and his son's took the time to explain options as well as providing experience based advice for selecting our first trailer. They answered all of my questions and provided excellent guidance for our purchase. The day we picked up our trailer. They spent a couple hours explaining all the features of the trailer and selected the correct ball hitch for my truck. They took all the fear of setting up my trailer for the first time away.Anyone that's looking for a trailer should make the drive to Brantford and visit this dealer.

Purchased our first trailer from Mitchell's last week and Don was incredible. So helpful and patient with us. We had some struggle when hitching the trailer and Don came right to our home to help us and now we understand what our issue was! Above and beyond customer service! Highly recommend this place!

Had one of my quarter panels get damaged when I hit a post and needed to have it repaired. They fixed it up perfectly and matched all the colours. Highly recommend - good people to deal with.
