Great outfit who put in a drilled well on our rural property (2nd they've done for me). They're busy, so took a bit of time to get done, but understandable! They communicated well through it all and great installation. Would definitely recommend their services.

I contacted Drillwell hoping they might have access to the well records from a well drilled on my property some 25 years ago. The company that had drilled the well had long gone out of business. I found the level of service and knowledge by Drillwell to be exemplary. They found my well records and sent me a link to access all the information. Very pleased!

We had Drillwell out to dig a well on a remote island and it ended up being a real nail biter (finally found water at 450 ft). They made what would have otherwise been a nightmare of a situation as good as it could possibly be. They kept us informed, gave us options, and ultimately did everything they could to make the project a success. Now we have a great well, and they have a loyal customer. Hard to find service like this these days :-)

I called Drillwell to find out my drilling options as I was concerned my well might have dried up. Colin was incredibly helpful in trying to help me pinpoint the issue, offered educated suggestions on how to remedy it and called me back within minutes with a few more things to look for. We talked more in detail about their possible remedy, and their very reasonable ( I thought) price to drill, timeline, etc. I would most certainly recommend giving them a call first for any well issue. Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and informative. I was incredibly stressed out the last few days not having any idea of what was going on, as I have tenants also (and no water), so now at least I can tell them what is going on and and a time line of the remedies to expect. Excellent communication. I was referred to them by another company. They spent time explaining details about my well, risks of going ahead with possible repairs and sent me my well records. After sending someone to assess my well they recommended against major repairs and suggested multiple ways to improve efficiency of my well - all ways that gave my business to other companies. Highly recommended!

These guys are awesome! So professional and excellent communication. They were at our property within a week of contacting them for a quote, and then emailed the quote the next day. We had to postpone drilling for a year and they kept true to the original quote pricing and were bang on with the estimate of depth. Once we called to say we were ready they were here within two weeks. And Shawn sent us an email in the afternoons with official updates on the progress.Our property is an old homestead with lots of small outbuildings and mature trees and they maneuvered the drilling rig and two other huge trucks in and through the property without any damage to anything. The guys on site for the drilling were great to have around and they drilled us an amazing well!Drillwell Ent. came highly recommended to us by a neighbour and now we will highly recommend them too. We had the Drillwell team come over and deepen our 30 year old well. We went from point .8 gpm to 50! They were so professional, efficient and the communication as the drilling was happening was fabulous. Very professional crew guided by best practices and due diligence. Shawn Slade is the real deal. Easily, his recommendations and directions saved us 10's of thousands of dollars- this is an expensive endeavor, and here is a generational company that does it right by keeping my needs first, not the size of their invoice. Furthermore, Shawn helped direct our team in the correct direction in regards to where to drill, but also, ensuring we are on top of our water licensing. They don't do this work, but he bent over backwards to ensure I understood how important it was.I'm a super satisfied customer, and I'll be back time and again. Did I mention their staff are amazing also? I've had 3 different crew configurations on my site, and all 3 were professional, safe, knowledgeable and courteous. Incredible.

Drillwell is a family run company that is organized, efficient, and there is no surprises with them as they keep you informed along the way. We found out that our well wasn't producing enough water to maintain our household so we needed to call in the experts. I've know some of the Slades most of my life and when I meet extended parts of the family they are all the same kind, caring and honest people. They provided us with all of the options and which ones they felt would be the best outcome and were absolutely correct with the outcome. Previous to drilling our well deeper we didn't have enough water and now we have way more than our family will need. But it gives us piece of mind that it was done properly without us having to worry for hopefully decades. Thank you all very much!
