Best Western Plus Regency Inn & Conference Centre

We were given a room right next to the highway, which was inconvient because the traffic was loud throughout the night. We switched rooms with the front desk for the next night which was easy to do, the next room was a lot quieter.The rooms on the 1st floor don't have the best sound proofing with the room above, we could hear footsteps when trying to sleep.The customer service was friendly and attentive.The included breakfast is convenient, tasty, and fulfilling.It is convenient at this pricepoint to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room, a good benefit.Rooms and bathrooms appear to have been recently modernized, which is appreciated.A good choice of stay in Abbotsford, just avoid the rooms facing the highway.

Rip off for what it offers. Gave our wedding party a hard time about early check in. Security guard was rude. Building has very little sound proofing. Will opt for the super 8 in the event I need a hotel in abbotsford again

I stayed one night here. Great friendly welcome by Palak, Maria & Arman! The room was airy and clean. Served a good breakfast. This property is very convenient from the airport. I will definitely come back

Breakfast was great...nice to have safe gluten free choices and the ability to read the ingredients on other products. We stayed in 2 different rooms that were ok. A bit pricey but conveniently located. 1 had a loose outlet and a few ripped sheets.

So I only stayed here one night, I had room 569. A weekday afternoon check in.Over-all a good hotel. The big difference maker" for me is the little things

Room was okay, however, I did notice that the light switch in the bathroom hadn't been wiped off nor had the alarm clock. They had greasy fingerprints on them. Otherwise it seemed clean. Very small mini fridge, but if you don't need it for much then it's good.The breakfast food looked good, food from 6-10 when I stayed.I had no problem checking in or out, staff was friendly.The location is a short drive to malls and other amenities.

No complaints about the hotel besides the fact we had to play around with the TV connections to get it to work but besides that the room was clean, it was quiet (the hotel is super close to the hwy but we didn't notice the noise) and was close to the concert we were going to. No complaints here.

We are an out of town youth sports team and families who booked this hotel and I have to share how amazing the managers and staff have been. They are supportive, accommodating, and honestly incredible! Not only did the managers know exactly what is going on in their hotel, they know what's going on within community as well. In the short amount of small talk in between reserving rooms - they went out of their way and sent links to some of the local attractions I was chatting about (farmers market, tours, tulip festival).There are 12 teams staying with them this weekend for a provincial tournament and they have a planned complimentary ice cream day on top of having the pools ready for the chaos!It is a relief when travelling with kids, to know that they are welcomed and celebrated by this particular BW.

For a night to stay in a convenient location, this is the spot for you. Beds were comfortable and clean. I had no noise complaints and even opened the window! The only thing is, it didn't seem like the shower was working (neither in my room nor my other family member's room). But overall I would stay here again
