There are three (3) loading bays for ease of loading/unloading. The manager Delia is very knowledgeable and friendly. She knew what size I needed immediately based on my description of what I am storing and took the time to show me several units to ensure I got the right size for my needs.Delia is very security oriented, so I feel my stuff is safe with her.

When I first signed up for a unit here it was prior to Make Space taking over. Since then, we have found the quality dropped significantly! They took away on site service, reduction in heat, reduced cleaning and any repairs take months on end to finish. In addition I was recently notified that my insurance on my contents was half of what I signed up for and that, oh by the way, that reduction already came into affect weeks ago with no advance notice. Not one week later I went by to pick up a few items only to find puddles outside of my door, leaking into the unit, plus water dripping from the ceiling. There was a yellow watch your step" sign right outside of my door so this was CLEARLY a known issue

Very professional, clean and friendly staff. I have been renting this space past 2 years and all i say they are fantastic. Customer representative worker Delia is present there all time and always on toes to help me in my any query. Delia you are the best.

The service we received from National Storage was extra special, caring and supportive especially when we were experiencing a difficult time. The staff went above and beyond her duties and she has such a caring, loving and compassionate heart and a pleasant woman to communicate with.The place is a very well cleaned, organized, refreshing and an enjoyable place to move around in.Thank you for all the extra commitments are being such an awesome and amazing staff.

I was in a situation where I needed storage fast and something secure for my business. National KW on Webster Rd was the 3rd place I visited so must have been 3 times the charm! They met my every need, the facility is easy to get into easy to load/unload from my vehicle and love how they name the hallways after provinces and cities!Very friendly and helpful I'd highly recommend them in both business and personal!

I've never been inside a storage unit rental place before and wasn't sure what to expect! Well, I was pleasantly surprised meeting Carla who explained everything so well. We toured this 24- hour-access facility, which is easy to navigate. I found exactly what we needed. They even have dollys for your moving convenience.

The staff are very helpful and enthusiastic. Excellent customer service and environment. I love that they provide Dolly's for free and that my unit is accessible 24/7. I know that my things are always safe because each unit has it's own alarm system.

Delia is awesome!! Very helpful and always friendly. The storage site is clean and easy to access.

Very nice facility, clean, dry and warm. Easy access on a fairly quiet street.
