Closes at 6 on week days, even during holiday shopping. Terrible management decisions like this will put this place out of business.The staff is awesome though and the inventory is excellent (for my tastes at least). They just need some better high level management making more sensible decisions.

This place is ridiculous. The prices are astronomical, and finding someone to help us was almost impossible.I think it's called Breathe so that you remember to start again after you walk in and the prices take your breath away.

We had a very positive experience at the store! The young man who assisted us (we didn’t catch his name but his birthday is in January!) was excellent - answered all our questions, checked inventory at other stores for us and even when our purchase scanned in at more expensive than the ticket price, he honoured the ticket price with no issues. In this day and age, excellent customer service is rare, and should be recognized! We will be back for sure.

Love this store. We never pass through the south side without stopping in! Well stocked (love all the food!) and the staff are super knowledgeable AND friendly, which is the best combination. They always give our pup a warm reception and treats too, which just makes them even more awesome!

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Never been here before. Items seemed a tad expensive as I would compare some items to other stores. With that being said, they did have some really good sales on items. They get a 5 still. I really felt welcomed and all my questions were answered.
