Hustle & Flow Dance

When I first joined H&F I was simply looking for something for ME, to keep my body moving and relieve some stress. I found that. It's 2 hours a week where the rest of the world falls away and I am fully present in what I'm doing, which is fantastic! BUT what absolutely floored me from the very first class and essentially hooked me (probably forever) is this absolutely AMAZING community of women unlike any I have ever experienced. They are supportive and accepting, they literally cheer each other on and they are SO much FUN! It's a judgement-free zone (I know, what's that? But I promise you it exists) I learned to be thankful for what my body can do and to be confident in the body and woman I am. Thank you Nikita and the Hustle & Flow team, you are the best!!!

Joining Hustle & Flow has been the best thing I've ever done for myself... dance class is the highlight of my week. It's a slice of time that I feel happy and connected to myself, and can just leave the world outside. It is hard to describe how wonderful it feels to be in such an encouraging and supportive environment. Nikita and her team have created such a unique space for us to grow, and I look forward to advancing and getting stronger with them.I would highly recommend H&F to anyone that wants to dance - no matter your experience, size, age, or gender. Truly a judgment free space.

Never have I been so lovingly embraced by a staff team and community of dancers. Hustle and Flow dance company not only works to make you a better dancer, but also a more confident and compassionate person. You will learn dance technique and foundations, as well as grow your confidence and self love! I have met friends for life here and constantly recommended this company to others. The instructors, Nikita, Heather, and Laura and all the support staff are truly there to support you and watch you grow. My husband and myself attended our first show to watch our niece perform. We loved the enthusiasm of the entire group of dancers. All of the dancers were beautiful and full of confidence. It was a pleasure to watch. Keep up the good work Hustle & Flow Dance.

I am always so amazed with how supportive and encouraging the dancers are, especially during show day! I was very nervous and uncomfortable at first wearing little clothing on stage, but the incredible team of dancers helped me feel confident and ready to perform!

The performance of Snow White was great. All of the dancers looked like they were having so much fun. So great to see the dancers enjoying and supporting each other in the challenge of a performance with all of the potential anxiety, especially dancing in your underwear!

I cannot recommend H + F Dance enough!!! It is one of the most loving, inclusive communities I've ever been a part of - the founder/director, teachers, teaching assistants, and dancers care so much about one another.It is such a safe container to learn to connect with and embrace your body. No matter who you are or what your story is, you will be welcomed and supported. There is no judgement or competition with one another - we ALWAYS cheer each other on!

I'm celebrating my one year anniversary of dancing with Hustle & Flow this week, and my only regret is that I didn't start sooner.Every class is a chance to learn, heal, grow, express myself and bond. The shows are all that times a thousand.Very rarely as adults are we offered such a safe and supportive environment to get vulnerable and really learn things, especially in dance!There's so much love here for every person, every body, every flow.Plus their choreo is rad as hell.Come check it out, you'll be glad you did.

Hustle and Flow dance is absolutely amazing, and so much more than worth it! I signed up for a random drop-in class years ago and I have been completely attached ever since. The teachers and assistants are phenomenal and they have all worked together to create such a beautiful community, with a life changing impact. As a queer plus-sized woman, I can dance in my heels and fishnets and feel amazing, completely free to express myself and push myself to new levels and higher heights. I have never once felt judged or unwanted in this space, which cannot be said for many other places!
