Wonderful staff. Great with seniors. Offers help with payment problems and has good suggestions and support. Audiologist and receptionist are wonderful.

Have had hearing aids for almost 4 years now. I go back yearly for check-up and re-testing. Always friendly knowledgeable staff willing to explain or answer questions you may have.

You are greeted warmly with enthusiasm by the receptionist Mandy & when a client comes in with a problem pertaining to hesring aids, she thoroughly & happily takes care of the problem.The Reg CASLPO Audiologist Sammer is a very caring & thorough individual & you can trust her with your hearing needs.

My 4-year old has a broken hearing aid tube and they said they would make her an appointment in a month. Refused to help her. Thanks.

Took my 94 yr. old Aunt and my 81 yr. old Mother to be tested and outfitted with hearing aids.I appreciated the professionalism and patience that Sammar showed towards them.New technology can be quite overwhelming to seniors and Sammar took her time to explain everything to them in a polite and gentle manner.This experience and new quality of life is greatly appreciated. Test was fine. Helpful knowledgeable staff but the hearing aids they sell are twice the cost of some others.
