During the pandemic the company allowed an anti-vaccine caregiver into my grandmother's home. She then began to tell my grandmother that vaccines may cause MS. This resulted in an episode that lasted hours after their departure. As far as my experience with the caregivers, they were frequently sick or unable to come on scheduled days.Eventually the company took it upon itself to stop services due to the inability to care for a senior with dementia and another with mobility issues and incontinence.Despite the website claiming the services they offer.I highly recommend screening any caregiver Home Instead entrusts with your loved ones.
